Joseph Bitton is a Broker and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario with an LL.B. degree. He is a native Torontonian who is fluent in English, French, and Spanish and has been selling residential and commercial real estate in the Greater Toronto Area since 1987.

He has also helped his clients invest in and profit from income property investments. His motto is to give his clients MORE FOR LESS. Joseph is hard working and meticulous in his attention to detail and has a “User Friendly-No Pressure approach” to dealing with clients.

Bordered to the west by Bathurst St, the south by Wilson Avenue, and the north by the Don Valley River, Armor Heights is a welcoming Toronto neighbourhood with a rich history. Conveniently located near the Toronto transit hubs of 401 Highway, Yonge St., and the York Mills subway station, Armor Heights offers access to destinations throughout the GTA. Most homes for sale in Armor Heights are detached or condo-style properties.

With Bathurst Street to the east, Wilson Avenue to the south, Allen Road to the west, and Finch Avenue to its north, Bathurst Manor is a central Toronto community with a thriving real estate marketplace. Homes for sale in Bathurst Manor range from the low-rise condos dotting Sheppard Avenue to the sprawling midcentury single-family homes on Wilmington Avenue. The latest census data shows 14,945 people live in Bathurst Manor.

Located in Central Toronto, Clanton Park mostly consists of homes built in the 50s and 60s. Properties include bungalows, split levels, newer custom-built properties, and condominiums. Residents of Clanton Park have exceptional transit access, with Highway 401 and Allen Expressway access points throughout the area. The Sheppard West TTC station offers bus and subway routes to destinations throughout Toronto and York Region.

Bordered by Yonge Street to the east, Highway 401 to the south, Bathurst Street to the west, and Burnett Avenue to the north, Lansing-Westgate has beautiful single-family homes that offer significant value for buyers. The area also has many large lot sizes and close proximity to restaurants and retail. The current population of Lansing-Westgate is 16,164, mostly consisting of younger families, here for the excellent schools.

Willowdale is a community running from Yonge Street at Steeles Avenue down to the 401, extending from Bayview Road to Senlac Avenue. While the area is known as one of the more affluent York Region communities, homebuyers will discover a range of properties, from single-family homes to condo communities, including the Empress Walk. With a growing population of 118,800, Willowdale is a thriving, up-and-coming community to see.

Between Markham and Vaughan, north of Thornhill, and south of Aurora, sits the town of Richmond Hill. Homes for sale include modern newly built condos and plenty of single-family homes that you can choose from. The community of Thornhill is divided between the cities of Markham and Vaughan, approximately 37 kilometres from Toronto’s Centre. Thorhill’s population reached 112,719 in the most recent census.

A short drive north of Toronto, Vaughan has a reputation for world-class shopping and entertainment. Vaughan has five communities: Woodbridge, Maple, Thornhill, Kleninburg, and Concord, in addition to the growing Vaughan Metropolitan Centre at Jane and Highway 7. Larger single-family homes dominate the market within peaceful family communities. With a current population of 323,281, Vaughan is the 5th largest city in the GTA.
