The typical fee for selling a home is 5% + HST; 2.5% + HST is paid to your listing agent and 2.5% + HST is paid to the buyer's agent. Bordered to the west by Bathurst St, the south by Wilson Avenue, and the north by the Don Valley River, Armor Heights is a welcoming Toronto neighbourhood with a rich history. Conveniently located near the Toronto transit hubs of 401 Highway, Yonge St., and the York Mills subway station, Armor Heights offers access to destinations throughout the GTA. Most homes for sale in Armor Heights are detached or condo-style properties.
With Bathurst Street to the east, Wilson Avenue to the south, Allen Road to the west, and Finch Avenue to its north, Bathurst Manor is a central Toronto community with a thriving real estate marketplace. Homes for sale in Bathurst Manor range from the low-rise condos dotting Sheppard Avenue to the sprawling midcentury single-family homes on Wilmington Avenue. The latest census data shows 14,945 people live in Bathurst Manor.

With a growing population of 118,800, Willowdale is a thriving, up-and-coming community to see.
Between Markham and Vaughan, north of Thornhill, and south of Aurora, sits the town of Richmond Hill.
